Trace My Build is operated by Chasura Solutions Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom. Using the app means accepting these terms.
On iPhone and iPad, Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
Trace My Build Pro costs $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year. Prices in other countries are set by the App Store and Google Play and are shown before you buy.
New accounts get a 14-day free trial run by the app itself. The 14 days start the first time you use what the trial is for: adding to your build, making an estimate, reading a plan or asking Muvaki. No card is needed for the trial, and nothing is charged until you choose to subscribe.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. Payment is taken by Apple or Google, not by us.
You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
If a subscription ends, nothing you have recorded is deleted. You keep full access to read and export every transaction, receipt and photo, and the people you have given guest access to keep theirs. What pauses is adding new entries, editing them, approving payments guests log, asking Muvaki, reading plans and downloading estimates.
Service providers get the same subscription at the same prices, with a 14-day free trial from the day they make their profile. After the trial, a service provider's profile is shown to owners, and they can be sent requests for quotes and quote, while they're subscribed. Builds they're already on carry on either way. One subscription covers an account as an owner and as a service provider.
What you record belongs to you. You can export everything at any time from Settings, and deleting your account removes your project, its entries and its photos. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Trace My Build never holds or moves your money. It records what you tell it about transfers and expenses you have made yourself.
Don't use Trace My Build to break the law, to store someone else's records without their knowledge, or to attempt to disrupt the service for other people. We may suspend an account that does.
Muvaki answers questions using your project's own records. It can be wrong, and it is not financial, legal or construction advice — check anything it tells you before acting on it.
Estimates are worked out from published building rates and your answers. They are a guide for budgeting, not a quote, a valuation or a quantity surveyor's bill of quantities: get your plans priced by a builder or quantity surveyor before you commit money.
Payments a guest logs are theirs to report accurately and yours to approve. Approving one adds it to your records as if you had entered it yourself.
Service providers on Trace My Build (builders, project managers and tradespeople) are independent. We check the phone number on a service provider's profile, and we show the builds they're on here, but we don't employ, recommend or guarantee anyone, and we aren't part of any agreement you make with them. Agree the work, the price and how you'll pay in writing before anything starts, and check their work as you would with anyone.
A quote sent through Trace My Build is the service provider's offer to the owner, nothing more: choosing one in the app isn't a contract. What you agree, you agree between you.
If you make a service provider profile, what you say on it must be true and about you. We may hide or remove a profile that isn't, or that an owner reports for good reason.
These terms may change as the app does; the date at the top shows when they last did. Questions go to support@chasurasolutions.com.
